An authentic corner of nature where you can gather fresh herbs to enrich your dishes and breathe in the scents of the Tuscan countryside. The green area is available to all guests and is the ideal place to relax outdoors, read a book in the shade or be cocooned by the silence of the Maremma.
Shared Laundry
Available to all guests of the property, the shared laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. A practical and discreet service, designed for those who choose longer stays or for families with children: you can bring less luggage and always leave refreshed.

Le Carezze di Nonna Diva offers free private parking within the property. Reach the farm stay comfortably by car and leave your vehicle in complete peace of mind: no extra cost, no worries. Ideal for those who wish to explore the Etruscan Coast, medieval villages and Bolgheri wineries independently.

Do you love cycling tourism? Le Carezze di Nonna Diva provides a dedicated and protected space to store your bicycles in complete safety. The property is the ideal starting point for MTB routes and cycle paths between the Bolgheri hills and the Etruscan Coast shoreline, among breathtaking landscapes and secondary roads through vineyards and olive groves.
Breakfast Delivery
Start the day in the sweetest way: as a gift, on one morning of your choice you can order your breakfast directly to your apartment and we will bring it fresh from the local bakery. Warm croissants, artisan bread, biscuits and Tuscan specialities prepared the same morning: the scent of breakfast welcomes you without you having to leave your private space.
